01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using any source code, games, software, Discord bots, AI models, or services provided by Void Tech Studios (including but not limited to RustForge, Rust Optimizer, Rust Binder, Clan Hub Bot, ByteKnight CLI, Ripify, TotK Mod Manager, VoidWatch Guardian, and SoD Tools, Etc.), you affirm that you are 13 years of age or older and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
02. License & Intellectual Property
2.1 License Grant: Void Tech Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications and bots solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
2.2 Intellectual Property: All original code, algorithms, interfaces, and branding associated with Void Tech Studios are the exclusive property of Void Tech Studios and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2.3 User-Generated Content: You retain all rights to the images, art, audio requests, and prompts you process through our tools. By using applications like RustForge, our other apps/services or our AI models, you grant Void Tech Studios a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data strictly to provide the requested functionality. We do not claim ownership, nor do we save any of your resulting in-game art or data.
03. Third-Party IP & Liability Disclaimers
3.1 Non-Affiliation: Void Tech Studios develops independent, third-party games, mods, utilities, etc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Facepunch Studios (Rust), Nintendo (The Legend of Zelda), Undead Labs/Microsoft (State of Decay), Discord, Spotify, or Google/YouTube.
3.2 Anti-Cheat and Game Bans: You acknowledge that using game modifications, and automated script tools carries inherent risks. While our tools are built with safety in mind, Void Tech Studios makes no guarantees regarding compliance with third-party Terms of Service or anti-cheat engines. You use these tools entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any account bans, suspensions, or loss of in-game assets.
3.3 Media Fetching (Ripify): Tools capable of fetching media from third-party URLs are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial, and educational use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of service of the respective platforms and all applicable copyright laws.
3.4 Data Loss: We are not responsible for corrupted save files (e.g., via TotK Mod Manager/SoD Tools) or lost Discord server configurations. Always back up your data before applying modifications.
04. "AS IS" Provision
All Void Tech Studios games, software, bots, services, etc. are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, secure, permanently maintained, or error-free.
05. Premium Access & Donations
5.1 Premium Features: Certain advanced features across our applications are designated as "Premium" and require a donation, DLC purchase on the Steam Platform, or a Buymeacoffee subscription to access, as outlined on our BuyMeACoffee & our Discord server(s).
5.2 Refunds: All donations and payments are voluntary contributions to support independent development and are strictly non-refundable. Access to premium features may be revoked without refund if you violate these Terms.
06. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our applications to:
- Create, facilitate, or disseminate content that is illegal, malicious, harassing, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative commercial works from Void Tech software.
- Use any means to exploit, overload, or maliciously interact with our Discord bots or backend APIs.
07. Third-Party Libraries & Extraction
Certain Void Tech Studios applications perform just-in-time extraction of third-party libraries (such as FFmpeg) to maintain core functionality and handle missing file errors. These open-source components are distributed under their respective licenses (e.g., LGPL/GPL). Your use of these specific libraries is governed by their original licenses, which supersede this agreement where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
